Yes, we are comprehensively insured, inclusive of public liability, contract works, workers compensation, Home Warranty Scheme with QBCC and Home Building Compensation Fund with NSW Office of Fair Trading.

Yes, you can have peace of mind with our Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Germancraft Cabinets warrants its products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for as long as they own their home. This warranty is for your lifetime as long as you own the cabinetry, on product used for residential purposes only and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Proof of purchase is required on all warranty claims.

Germancraft Cabinets will determine if the product is repairable or replaceable at the time a warranty claim is made. This warranty does not cover misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures/humidity, intentional damage, fire, smoke, or water damage, acts of God, exposure to harsh chemicals and or normal wear and tear.

Despite these warranty terms and conditions, Germancraft will take into consideration all claims and treat each claim on its individual merits. For over 30 years we have been honouring the very few claims that come to us and will continue through our ongoing succession.

We encourage clients to visit our showroom featuring the latest finishes, hardware & appliances to assist in selection preferences, prior to a home visit. Once you have a general concept of what you would like, we certainly can arrange a home visit to measure if required.

Absolutely! And not only do we have our own master tradesmen, we train and retain our apprentices via a yearly intake, who are mentored by our tradesmen, ensuring the future and ongoing skills of our craft.

Yes and you will be able to liaise at all times directly with them, who will ensure your project will be as specified, quality controlled and completed on time.

You can be assured of this, as works are undertaken by an enforceable HIA contract, specific to joinery. In the unlikely event, you have any concerns, you can contact us at any time to discuss and resolve the issue. If you feel that your concerns were not addressed, or handled appropriately, the HIA as the governing body, can assist on your behalf.
